• Account details: your name, email, phone number, password (stored securely), and your date of birth / age confirmation.
• Entry and gameplay data: the competitions and games you enter, tickets and order numbers, instant wins, Scratch & Win plays, and your account balance (site credit).
• Payment data: billing name and address, the amount paid, payment method, the last four digits of your card, and a payment reference. Full card numbers are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
• Communications: emails and messages you send us, and your marketing and consent choices.
• Verification data: where needed before paying a prize, information to confirm your identity, age and, for bank payouts, your bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and how you use the site — used for security, fraud prevention and analytics.

• To run competitions and your account — entering you, running draws, allocating prizes and managing site credit (performance of our contract with you).
• To take payments and pay prizes (contract, and our legal obligations).
• To verify age and identity and prevent fraud (legal obligation and our legitimate interest in running fair, lawful competitions).
• To contact winners and provide support (contract and legitimate interests).
• To send marketing about competitions and offers, where you have opted in or where permitted (consent / legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time.
• To keep records and meet legal duties such as tax and accounting (legal obligation).

If you have opted in, we may email you about new competitions, instant wins and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences in your account or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages such as order confirmations or winner notifications.

We share data only as needed to run Tech Wins, including with:

• Payment providers who process your payments securely.
• Hosting, database and email providers who operate the platform and send our emails.
• Delivery partners where a physical prize is sent to you.
• Fraud-prevention and identity/age-verification services where appropriate.
• Professional advisers and authorities where we are required to by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to keep your data protected.

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above. Records relating to entries, payments and prizes are kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and competition-integrity rules (typically at least six years), after which we delete or anonymise them.

• correct inaccurate data;
• delete data where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
• receive certain data in a portable format; and
